We are available on site should you have any problems. Due to the current Covid19 situation we are taking extra precautions with laundering and cleaning. The chalet is deep cleaned between guests and we are using mattress, pillow and duvet protectors on all our bedding. Please bring your own towels

The chalet was well equipped but filthy dirty and smelled strongly of wet dog. There were RATS in the kitchen cupboards at night and I sat up all night scared to go to bed. Owner just said it was a … More

Owner's reply:
Thank you for your review, however, you only left 1 night early having stayed for an extra night at the beginning of your stay. We were in constant communication with you during your stay and had everything checked out as and when you required it. No rats were ever found in the chalet despite pest control checking on a number of occasions. As for the place being "Filthy", at no point did you complain to us about the chalet being dirty and you did stay for a week less one day. You never requested compensation and I did attempt to do a partial refund but the booking system would not allow it as you had stayed for the majority of your vacation.

How do damage deposits work?
