Shrimpers Cottage is a pretty Lytham Cottage (Located within a row of Cottages known as Garlicks Cottages)
It is finished to the highest standards. Oak floors to the ground floor with cosy rugs and a cast iron stove in the lounge. Each bedroom has quality beds and Egyptian cotton bed linen. The cottage is well presented and in a central location ideally placed for Lytham's high class restaurants,bars and tea rooms. Free Wi Fi is also available. The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Chester are only an hour away by car. Numerous world championship golf courses are close by. Located only minutes from Lytham centre Shrimpers Cottage is an ideal base to explore the surrounding area.
Small dogs only are allowed by arrangement. Please enquire when making the booking.
With many guests returning to this lovely cottage we feel we have a little gem. Most of our bookings are from guests who have stayed before.
A "complimentary" welcome pack is provided for all visitors comprising of "sparkling wine, fresh flowers, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits"

The cottage has all the modern conveniences such as integrated dishwasher, washing machine and an American fridge freezer. Full central heating and a cast Iron stove in the lounge area add to the character of the cottage. The property has 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. Lytham sea front and promenade is only 2 minutes walk. Lytham Hall with its wonderfull grounds is only 5 minutes walk.

Outside is a small pretty cottage garden with seating and a BBQ. The garden is enclosed and private. An outside store is available for the storage of bikes etc. There is also plenty of free parking near to the cottage.

“Lovely cosy Cottage!”
The location of this cottage is excellent. It is a few minutes walk from the sea front and shops. We loved Lytham it is extremely dog friendly most of the shops I went in allowed me to take the dog. The high street looked so romantic with the pretty Christmas lights. The cottage has everything you need. We didn't lack anything. It was beautifully clean too. Richard the owner had put tasteful Christmas decorations up.I guess one thing which I appreciated most was that it was lovely and warm even though it was freezing outside. We kept turning the heating down! Believe me we have stayed in some cold rentals. I am most grateful to be allowed to take our dogs. We would love to go back again if our children still live in the area.

Shrimpers Cottage was ideal for our short break, with all of the restaurants in Lytham within walking distance and the promenade and beach literally on the doorstep. Thanks as well to Richard for the 'goodies'....really appreciated.

Just back from Shrimpers Cottage and would like to recommend this cottage for anyone seeking a holiday home in Lytham. The cottage is perfectly positioned for getting around area and has everything you could ask for. Very clean and well looked after .Richard was a brilliant host and was very gracious when my youngest granddaughter packed his travel hairdryer thinking it was mine. Apologies again for this Richard .Would not hesitate to tell our friends about this gem.

The shrimpers cottage was fresh, clean and welcoming It was decorated similar to our tastes, a real home from home The beds are so comfortable The cottages proximity to either seafront and town centre was perfect

“Shrimpers cottage - comfy, cosy and peaceful”
The cottage was lovely, everything ready for me when I arrived so I felt at home immediately. Enjoyed my stay so much have made two further bookings with the owner. Excellent location for Lytham shops, restaurants and tea-rooms and perfect for exploring further afield.

“Cosy, comfortable stay in the perfect location”
Stayed in Shrimpers Cottage for 5 nights with my family and dog. The cottage was in the perfect location literally minutes walk from the sea front, shops and places to eat. I would recommend the Queens for good food - you can even take the dog. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner called to check we had settled in and had everything we needed and the complementary milk, wine, flowers and biscuits were appreciated. I would have no hesitation returning to the cottage or recommending it to family and friends.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
