216 is a family owned, recently refurbished, spacious one bedroomed ground floor apartment in a 1930s semi detached property. It sleeps 2 - 5 people ( 1 double bed & 2 sofa beds). The apartment has Wi-Fi , satellite Freeview TV and DVD player. Please note we do not accept hen or stag parties.

The newly fitted kitchen has the benefit of a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, fan assisted oven and glass hob.

Along with the fully tiled family bathroom which has the benefit of a toilet, wash basin, shower cubicle and bath, there is a separate cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. There is a rear reception area, situated between the kitchen and bathroom, in which the smaller sofa bed is situated. Please note the sofa beds measure 4 ft. wide (122cm) and 3 ft. 7 inches (109cm). The larger would accommodate two adults but the smaller one is suitable only for one adult or two small children.

There is a private patio area to the rear and off road parking in front

Quality cotton bedding and towels are provided. We realise how annoying it is to go on holiday and not have basics such as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, therefore these are provided along with basic toiletries.

The property is fully double glazed and has the benefit of a new boiler system which ensures the radiators provide optimum heat when required. There are no add on charges for gas or electricity.

216 is conveniently located 4 minutes walk to St Annes beach and a 10- 15 minute walk to St Annes Town Centre with its pier, shops, cinema, bars and restaurants.

We're just a short drive away from the picturesque Lytham town centre with its historic windmill, shops and restaurants.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is approximately 3.5 miles away and Blackpool centre with its many attractions around 5 miles away. Local Golf courses are within walking distance.

The property is only suitable for children over the age of 5 years due to the layout. We do not provide child safety equipment, however, should parents feel that they can adequately supervise younger children and take full responsibility for their childs safety then younger children will be considered.
Well behaved dogs are allowed subject to them not being allowed on the furniture/beds and not being left unsupervised in the accommodation unless they are crate trained (crates not provided).
