The property is a detached 4 bedroom home with room for 8 guests plus 1 travel cot in a excellent location only 5 minutes walk to the centre of St Annes Square and also 5 minutes from the beach. There are excellent transport links into neighbouring Lytham and Blackpool with Blackpool airport a mere 10 minute drive away. The property is 1/2 a mile from the world renowned Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club. The location is also a good base for exploring the Lake District and Ribble Valley areas for mountain biking or walking.
St Annes benefits from a wide range of restaurants, cafes and numerous bars, along with a cinema, swimming pool and a par 3 golf course overlooking the beach. There are also great shows at the Lowther Gardens pavilion in Lytham. Lytham also has excellent bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from.
The property consists of 1 large main lounge area at the front with a further large reception at the rear. The rear lounge has additional dining facilities as well as a table in the dining kitchen area. There is a kitchen with dining area with views into the garden. The kitchen is modern and benefits from a dishwasher, microwave, electric double oven and gas hob. There is also a downstairs WC leading off the kitchen and a utility area with sink and plenty of storage. Additional storage is available for shoes and coats in a cupboard in the hallway. There is an iPod docking station in the front lounge as well as DVD player, Freesat. In the rear large reception there is a TV and Freesat box with WII DVD player.
Upstairs There are 4 bedrooms a bathroom (which has a separate walk in shower) and separate WC. The main bedroom situated at the front of the property has a king size bed, TV, Freesat and iPod docking station and has wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom consists of two single beds, wardrobes and drawers. The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds both with storage and wardrobe.
There is a large garage that can be used for storage of bikes, golf clubs, water sports equipment etc. The washing machine and dryer are also situated in the detached garage accessible through the garden. Guest also receive a welcome pack on arrival.
Not suitable for hen or stag parties. The property is not suited for 8 adults but for a combination of both adults and children.

"Teagland House was excellent accommodation, a perfect base for our holiday."
Teagland House met my expectations and was ideally situated as holiday accommodation in this part of the Lancashire coastline. It was central to all local amenities, a short walk from the shops, beach, promenade and other welcome facilities like the cinema, swimming pool, pier and restaurants. Internally, the property matched the description given on Trip Advisor. The owner Gail was very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, I am delighted that we booked Teagland House and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

"A supurb place for a family holiday."
A beautiful house, with a welcoming hostess and very family friendly. I'd recommend it to all. My daughter wanted to transport the place back to Wales! The children loved playing with the toys provided for their use and the adults enjoyed the comfortable furniture and beautiful kitchen. The house is in a fine location for exploring the area.
