Description

The Mill, Hayloft & Byre is a hugely spacious barn conversion - 12 individually designed bedrooms, 12 luxurious bathrooms and masses of country styled living with original art work and up-cycled pieces from around the farm.

All 12 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and the light and airy 65ft long kitchen, means everyone can dine together. There's plenty of space here - with 2 TV rooms, games room, 2 sitting rooms with log burners and a private hot tub in the secure garden.

The Mill and Byre open into the secure courtyard and the Hayloft is just next door.

We love to welcome friends, families and pets (by arrangement) to stay here for a weekend celebration, special birthday or a big family Christmas.

The 65ft Mill kitchen is very well equipped with gleaming granite work tops, 2 dishwashers, huge fridge, espresso machine, microwave, hot trays, magi mix (available)matching crockery and cutlery.

The barns team want your time here to be really memorable and we can help plan your stay - from organising your rooms, delivering locally prepared suppers to suggestions for tried & tested activities and places to visit

Challenge your friends to ping pong in the games room, snuggle up by the log burner, dine together around the oak table and after...take one of the circular walks from the door, with your dog - welcome by arrangement and additional charge.

The Space To Celebrate; rustic luxury & style, the perfect place to get together for 24-28 friends. Perfect for wedding anniversary's, special birthdays and big family reunions. Have more than 28? Get in touch as we may have even more space to celebrate!

The Old Mill, (including the Hayloft) & Byre are 3 separate, but adjacent properties with 12 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and over 8,000 sq ft of space plus 2 Hot Tubs in private courtyards

Each of the 12 individually designed bedrooms has its own bathroom, with Fired Earth tiles and under floor heating throughout.

48 friends can dine together in the Mill dining room which opens onto the private courtyard with Hot Tub, and there's also a Movie Room with 62" screen, IPod docking, Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TV's and the Winter sitting room with a toasty Log Burner.

The Hayloft (adjacent) is a bedroom annexe with large games room, Smart TV's, IPod docking,games and toys.

The Byre adjoins the Mill courtyard garden and has 3 king size rooms and 1 room we call the dorm - with 4 single beds (or a superking plus 2 singles)

Outside there's a climbing frame and swing set, croquet and play area for ball games and masses of space for letting off steam and Horace our Shetland pony is always delighted to meet young guests with a carrot or tasty treat.
