Approached by a steep walkway, in an elevated position, this quirky Grade II listed Georgian family home is set over four floors. Each room features a large sash window which flood the rooms with sunlight. This together with the colourful décor ensure the rooms are bright and homely. The second floor en-suite bedrooms each have beautiful sea views across the harbour town of Lynmouth. Lynmouth is often referred to as Little Switzerland and is set in a steep valley. It is a truly peaceful, magical place to stay.

This picturesque and sheltered harbour village is set into the cliffside and is where the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway carries visitors up to its sister town of Lynton, popular and well worth the journey for the breathtaking views alone. Both have pretty streets, quaint shops, and a choice of restaurants all within a few minutes’ walk. It's a perfect getaway for discerning visitors to walk and explore,

On the third floor with sea views, 2 twin rooms (restricted headroom). Bathroom: with hand-held shower over bath and WC (restricted headroom). Separate WC, on the first floor. Lounge: with open fire, TV/DVD. Dining room: with feature fireplace. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, feature Aga and microwave. Utility room: with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer on the first floor. Outside: raised decked area with seating in a gated, sloping terraced garden (care required). Amenities: Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome, more by arrangement. Location: Beach, shops and pubs within walking distance.
