Description

Oakfield Annex sleeps four and is for your exclusive use. We are set within the New Forest National Park in a small rural village. Our annex is attached to the main house set within gardens of approx half an acre.

You have your own private entrance to the annex which opens into the breakfast area. From the breakfast area you can access bedroom 1 or bedroom 2.

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with a Super kingbed (can be arranged as two singles). Bedroom 1 has its own WC / Shower and a lockable connecting door to Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with two twin beds (can be arranged as a superking) bed. bathroom. Bedroom 2 has its own WC / Shower and a connecting door to Bedroom 1.

You have full use of your own area of garden and decking. There is parking to the front of the property.

We replenish your breakfast selection each morning and set it out in the breakfast area of the annex. We provide the breakfast ingredients for you to prepare and enjoy at your leisure. We are currently offering an uncooked continental breakfast and do our best to cater for any requests or preferences.

You have full and exclusive use of the breakfast area of the annex during your stay which is equipped with a small fridge, microwave for heating bottles, kettle and toaster.

You have full and exclusive use of your own deck and garden area. This is a very sunny south / west facing bit of the garden and is perfect for catching the evening sun on the deck.

We are family friendly and welcome holiday makers to this beautiful part of the New Forest. We have two fabulous pubs within very short walking distance and are no more than ten minutes away from the picturesque fishing town of Lymington which has good rail links, shops and restaurants. We are just a few minutes drive to the ferry giving you access to the Isle Of White which is a fabulous place to visit.

New Forest is a beautiful part of the country where the horses, ponies, cows and pigs are allowed to graze and wander freely in designated areas. These animals are owned by the 'commoners' who are granted special rights to graze their animals on the forest. Aside from the unique landscape of the New Forest there are many wonderful coastal walks and beaches, sea and course fishing, swimming, nature, wildlife, historic places, gardens, cycling and walking.

We are strictly no smoking in the property and grounds and are sorry that we can not allow pets in the B&B. We ask that you respect the quiet rural nature of the village and keep noise to an absolute minimum if you are sitting out in the garden at night time.

Hello, Oakfield Annex is attached to our home. You have your own entrance, keys and garden space. You can come and go as you wish. Sorry if we are not here to greet you, we will leave the keys in the keysafe and pop round to say hello. We provide you with all our contact details and are here if you need us. Please do ask if there is anything you need or if you have any questions, we are more than happy to help. Other than the mornings, when I lay your breakfast (continental) out for you in the breakfast room you will not be disturbed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marie (the owner) a message.

If Marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
