Completely renovated in 2016 Broadway House stands in the centre of town. 'The Beach' a two minute walk through the gardens. A Grade 2 Listed Georgian house, built of Blue Lias the local stone and with walls 20 inches thick ensures the house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The large and abundant Georgian sash windows ensure the property is bright & airy. A private, south facing courtyard provides opportunity for alfresco dining on those long summer evenings
