Number 6 Church Street (DT7 3BS), dates back to 1600 and can be found a short distance from the middle of town near the Tourist Information Office and Theatre. The property is only a few steps from the sea and middle of town. Lyme has a variety of pubs and restaurants which are all on your doorstep allowing you to relax and unwind.

Across three floors, comprises three double bedrooms (2x kingsize 1 double) * and a fold up single bed for children if required*, en-suite bathroom, gas central heating, dining room villager gas fire, sitting room villager log burner, TV (in kitchen and lounge), DVD, CD stereo, IPOD docking station, Playstation II, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and unlimited WIFI Broadband.

Outside

Cobble stone path leads along the enclosed sunny garden with rear access perfect for children and pets. There is a charcoal Weber BBQ and table and seating area for 6. There are various items at the property that

There are various items at the property that are available to use such as deck chairs, crab lines, beach tent, charcoal BBQ and a hand cart to get them all to the beach.

Travel cot, baby sitting chair, safety bedrails for double bed, stairgates , bottle steriliser, bottle warmer, changing mat, bouncy chair, bath, high chair, plastic plates bowls and spoons.

Parking

Easy unloading of bags is possible at the rear of the property (off Monmouth street) and there is plenty of long stay car parks located in Lyme (parking charge £15 for 3days/£26 week and can be paid over the phone!) ‘Woodmead’ long stay car park, near the fire and police station (so is well lit, very safe and secure), is only 300 meters (5 mins walk) from the property and you can come-and-go as you please.

Laundry

The bedding and towels are provided. There is a washing machine and an outside drying line. There is also a launderette near the property (Poole’s court off Church Street) which offers service washes should you need it.
