From the owner

The property consists of a large, comfortably furnished, open-plan living room/double bedroom, with sliding doors leading to the enclosed patio with garden furniture. On the upper level is the kitchen area with breakfast bar, a separate modern tiled walk-in shower and loo, and a small hallway with entrance door. Rosan "The Annexe" is a comfortable and private self contained apartment in a quiet part of beautiful and historic Lyme Regis, just a few minutes walk from the sea and the famous "Cobb" harbour, or the magnificent surrounding countryside.

The bed will be made up with sheets, Duvet cover , pillows etc.

Towels are also provided and tea towel. Just bring yourselves.

Interaction with guest

The Annexe is very private, although the owners live on the premises in the attached bungalow. The accommodation is up to tourist board standard and we update facilities every season. This accommodation is ideal for 2 people without the expense of a bigger property. Parking at the property is also a bonus , any problems we will help to sort out immediately. Please note hot water and heating is included in the price. The meter is no longer in use.

Lyme Regis is hilly, that’s its character. We think it’s nice to have parking and the town bus stops outside,but there’s a level walk by the river through the old part of the town to the sea front Just to add the Annexe is of traditional construction,not a caravan. However I am glad you enjoyed your stay and are welcome to stay with us again.
