The Villa has full Air-Conditioning in living areas and bedrooms.
The lounge has a comfortable couch and chairs, a flat screen TV and doors to the patio and pool area and has superb views of Luz Bay and the Black Rock, and there is complimentary Wi Fi.
Just off the lounge is the charming bright dining area with a contemporary glass dining table and chairs, terrific sea views and doors to a spacious patio with sun loungers and an outside dining table to savour al fresco meals with fabulous views beside the pool.
The very well-equipped kitchen is located beside the dining room.
There is a guest bathroom with a shower enclosure on this level. There is a Laundry area downstairs on the lower level..
Two of the 3 lovely spacious bedrooms have large twin beds and one bedroom has a double bed. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
The areas outside the villa are well maintained with fragrant planting. The beautiful pool area has lovely sea views, and steps from here lead down to an attractive, sheltered patio with a well-appointed BBQ Kitchen.
There is off road parking.
Luz village has lots of excellent restaurants and shops and a Blue Flag beach where water sports are available. Tennis, horse riding, cycling are just some of the local activities on offer, and there are several excellent golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
With a fabulous pool area, sea views to die for, this villa definitely ticks all the boxes for a really fantastic and memorable holiday!
