This is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with large pool in a private garden offering a sea view in Praia da Luz on the Algarve.The apartment is one of only 4 other apartments in this exclusive private block which offer a level of privacy and relaxation that have holiday makers returning year after year.The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious.The open plan living area has two sofas which afford a degree of luxury and relaxation where you can relax of an evening and watch the 32 inch flatscreen TV in comfort in front of the open gas fire.The dining area has a 6 seater table for family dining beside a well appointed kitchen area.The apartment offers spectacular views over Praia da Luz and many visitors love to eat at the patio table on the patio and take in the vista each evening.The apartment is equipped with TV, Dvd, stereo, radio, oven,hob,kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, and a dishwasher that lets everyone get away from the dishes.WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS is now available in the apartment.There are two bedrooms, one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom. The twin room has a tv/dvd in place and is used in our case to keep the children happy with a DVD in their own private spaceThe bathroom has a bath with shower over, as well as toilet and wash hand basin.Luz is ideal for a family relaxing holiday and the pool and garden are large enough to allow enough space for relaxation in proximity of the apartment, and Luz beach is only a 10 min walk away with all the restaurants, bars and shops and promenade offering a family friendly feel to your stay.

The apartment shall be readied for your arrival and clean linen and towels provided; should you require a change of linen/towels or a mid stay clean this can be arranged for an additional fee (£40) and can be arranged once booked.Discounts are available for stays of 2 weeks or more where clients don't get a weekly clean, but can opt to have a mid stay clean /fresh linen for a small charge of £40 which helps them keep down expenses.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
