A holiday in this gorgeous 3-bedroom apartment has something for everyone in the family! Located as it is in the attractive landscaped grounds of Estrela da Luz 4 Star Resort, guests can use the resort's pools, spa, gym, tennis, bar and restaurants.
The spacious and impressive living area has a very high-ceiling and feature double height gothic-shaped window as well as patio doors to the wrap-around veranda. The modern white interior has comfy white leather couches and dark furniture. There is a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and there is free Wi Fi. The dining table has seating for 6 persons. From the lounge there is an open staircase up to a mezzanine level where there is a study area with desk, chair and another couch, and there is also a bathroom on this level with shower enclosure, wash hand basin and toilet.
Patio doors from the lounge lead to a large veranda which has a sea view and has a table and chairs for leisurely meals al fresco.
The large kitchen is well-equipped with electric fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine and there is ample crockery, pots and pans. A door from the kitchen leads to a veranda with a small table and chairs, perfect for breakfast with a view.
The roomy master bedroom has a 5 ft double bed and an en-suite bath with shower, bidet, twin basins and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and are located beside the family bathroom which has a bath, shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The apartment is on the 3rd, the top floor, has intercom entry, access by elevator and has underground parking.
Relax by one of the pools or in the spa and beauty centre while the children are kept busy with tennis, football coaching, or in the Kids Club. With two water sports centres at the blue flag beach down the road, horse riding nearby, terrific coastal walks and a choice of excellent golf courses from a few minutes drive, there is a huge choice of activities available locally.
Luz village is 2 minutes' walk from the resort and it has cobbled streets a friendly atmosphere and a lovely palm fringed promenade to the blue flag beach, which is sheltered and sandy and has water sports of all kinds on offer. The village has a great choice of excellent restaurants which serve mouth watering local and international foods and wines in an easy friendly atmosphere. Useful services in the village are banks, post office, pharmacy, optician, dentist, Luz Doc international medical centre as well as supermarkets and small clothes and gift shops.
The historic town of Lagos is 5 minutes by car from Luz and a regular bus service connects Luz, Lagos and several local villages and beaches. Lagos has a long seafaring tradition and from where Henry the Navigator launched the voyages of discovery to the new world in the 1400s. Most of the ancient town walls are still intact as is the fort and the slave market. Nowadays Lagos is a bustling centre of activity with lots of attractive buildings, a quayside lined with palm trees and a busy modern marina. It has lots of shops, restaurants, bars and night clubs and an easy-going family-friendly atmosphere, and Lagos Zoo and several water parks are nearby.

The Estrela da Luz complex is well designed and efficiently managed and the rooms and bathrooms in the apartment have a luxurious feel in keeping with its 4-star standard.
Accessed by lift or stairs from the underground car park, on entering the apartment a left turn from the hallway reveals a bright, spacious lounge/dining area with very high ceiling and a tall gothic-shaped window. On either side of this lovely feature window are patio doors leading to a large veranda which has table and chairs for alfresco dining and enjoys sea and surrounding views. There is another small veranda off the kitchen which faces east to catch the morning sun.
The master bedroom has en-suite bath/shower, bidet and twin hand basins. The main bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms with twin bedrooms.
Stairs from the lounge lead to a mezzanine which has a comfy couch, desk and also a shower room with toilet.

Plus 5 minutes walk will get you onto the Blue Flag beach!
