T3 Duplex Apartment 40m² in Luz Saint Sauveur. - Summer, winter cure. - Mountain view overlooking the river 'Gave de Pau' ', and very quiet south orientation (opposite the park). - On the ground floor: -living room / living room with sofa, TV, wifi, kitchen (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle). -Bathroom with bathtub. -WC separated -A upstairs; two bedrooms refurbished recently - Rooms 1: 2 beds 80cm (new bedding) and closet. - 2 Bedrooms: 2 beds 80cm (new bedding) + extra mattress 80x190 - Outside garden furniture and parasol -In the complex: -local with washing machine and dryer. -local and spacious closed for bicycles and skis (rack to secure skis). -Place parking behind the apartment. -Wifi + 4G -Location minimum of 7 days during school holidays. -Reduced for rentals 15 days or more. The apartment is located halfway between the center of Luz and the spa district (Luzea). Location: -Near of Barèges ski resorts the Mongie (15 min), Luz Ardiden (20min), Gavarnie (30min) and Cauterêts (30min). -to 5-minute walk from the center of Luz St. Sauveur, shops and entertainment. -Close major sites, Gavarnie and Troumouse Pic du Midi de Bigorre, Tourmalet pass. -Détente to Luzea and Baths of Barèges. Municipal -pool 200m, bungee jumping, climbing, zip course and Nepal bridge Napoléon bridge 5 min, bob sledge Gèdre. -Lourdes to 25minutes. - For cleaning End of stay a deposit of 50 € will be required upon arrival and then you have the choice: trust me cleaning means 50 € or do it yourself and the deposit will be refunded if the apartment is so clean that 'upon your arrival. -Accommodation no smoking and no pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Henri (the owner) a message.

If Henri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
