This VA Green consecutive award winner “Hip Little Stay’ allows you to escape the confines of a hotel. Sleeping up to four guests, this wonderful vacation option features a suite with queen size bed, pull-out couch, simple kitchen area and nice size bathroom. Each sleep area can be sectioned off for privacy of it's sleeping guests. There is plenty of guest parking & keypad entry.

This classy yet, comfortable home offers a sweet front porch with a historic Main Street view and gorgeous mountain backdrop. The inviting private back patio features gardens, guest pavilion and cool fire pit area featuring comfy cushioned Shenandoah Valley timber seating.

If extra space and privacy are what you want, but love the idea of the bed & breakfast, this is the perfect option for you. A delicious & filling breakfast is delivered to the patio or to your suite. A "Grab n' Go" for the hiker and "Farm-to-Table" Experience on vintage china in the dining room options are also available. There is a hot beverage bar open daily.

To see the sights in town, take a stroll. We are on Historic Main Street, just a few blocks from everything! Ready to spread your horizons and maybe see some new? You will need your bicycle or a car - depending on the distance. No public transportation available. We are quaint, small and warm - with nice streets and beautiful roadways to explore!

Have as little or as much time with your host as you like! It's your vacation and your Hip Stay! I will not only give you a tour to familiarize you with your, give a code oasis hand you the keys, but I am available to meet your needs. Just let me know how I can make your stay here memorable!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Judy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
