We are now accepting summer 2019 reservations

A well appointed and equipped 3 bedroom house ideally located in Lunenburg to be close to everything the town and area has to offer. We have a double deep private lot, private parking, small backyard deck, cute front porch where you can see and hear the horse and buggy tours clop by . There is small park nearby with lots playground equipment. The waterfront filled with great restaurants and other attractions is a short 3 minute walk away.

Fantastic kayaking at Blue Rocks is a 10 minute drive away

Master- 1 Queen, Bedroom#2 - 1 Queen, , Bedroom#3 - 2 Twins. We have added a crib and high chair as well. Plenty of good quality linens , blankets, duvets, bath ,hand,dish and beach towels provided.

Kitchen is stocked with good quality pots and pans, coffee and espresso makers, toaster oven, microwave and a dishwasher . New washer dryer on main floor. Pantry is stocked with tin foil, parchment paper,saran wrap and basic spices as well as basic condiments in the fridge so no need to pack or buy on arrival. (take a penny leave a penny concept)

We provide all dishwasher tabs, dish, hand and laundry soaps as well as fabric softener

We stayed from 1 September 2019 to 4th September 2019 Loved this place, Minuets to the water front, eateries and bars Jeff was so helpful and when found out air Canada and really messed up our flights said if we could get earlier flights we could have the place for free for the preceding 3 days FOC, lovely gesture, regrettable we couldn't get flights My wife said it was the best equipped place we have stayed at Plenty of parking Very quite I would book this home again without hesitation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jeff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
