200 year old Cherry Tree Cottage is situated in West Penwith in the tranquil and quintessentially Cornish village of Ludgvan Church Town. It enjoys spectacular views of St Michael's Mount and Mounts Bay via the Pilgrims'Way (opposite the cottage ) from an elevated position in an area of outstanding beauty. It is surrounded by daffodil fields and vegetable growing and is a haven for ramblers, botanists , ornithologists, wild life enthusiasts, beach combers and artists.

The cottage has been exquisitely and sympathetically renovated to a very high standard with an original granite fire place with a wood burning stove with oak floors and wooden beams throughout. A spiral staircase leads to a large double bedroom and en suite bathroom with a large bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for the keen chef!

At the back of the property is a spacious conseravatory which has a large oak dining table and chairs. It overlooks and leads on to an intimate secluded, mature sub tropical garden with banana and palms and is a perfect sun trap.

The cottage is equipped with a large flat screened T V and DVD player

30 yards from the front door is the 14th century church and the charming 16th century White Hart Inn which offers excellent food and a wide variety of local beers and wines in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and garden.
