This delightful detached 17th century stone cottage nestles in one of Cornwall's most popular areas being 2 miles from St Neot (National Village of the Year 2004, Village of the Decade 2006) and close to a variety of popular sandy beaches and attractions including Lanhydrock House and Siblyback Reservoir with its watersports.

The property is situated adjacent to the owners home within 400 acres with cattle, sheep, geese and arable land. On the south coast are the pretty fishing villages of Looe and Polperro to explore. The town of Fowey nestles on the estuary and offers sea fishing, restaurants and beautiful cobbled streets. The beaches to the north offer excellent surfing and are also within easy reach. This excellent location on the edge of the moor offers some fantastic walks including the Two Valleys walk. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: welcome pack on arrival, private water supply.
