“A perfect place to spend a weekend with friends....”

Reviewed 12 Jun 2013

We met up with two other couples, all with children, and chose this as a location we could all get to easily. The set up was ideal for children, and they really enjoyed the indoor pool. We used the spa facilities and standard of service was very good. The property itself was furnished to a very high standard, with tasteful, clean and simple furnishings. The house was a wonderful backdrop for a fantastic weekend! Would highly reccomend.

“Fabulous Family-Friendly House”

Reviewed 7 Jun 2013

I have stayed at Copse Lodge 3 or 4 times and have always loved my time there. The house comfortably fits two (or perhaps three smaller) families and has everything you could need. The kitchen is especially well equipped, even down to details like a garlic press! There is so much for children to do even when the weather is unkind- there is an indoor pool on site and the house has plenty of board games, SKY TV, DVDs, toys and books. The estate is private, gated and feels really safe- most of the children cycle around which is something I would never let my grand children do in London! With the estate lakes, meadows and wooded areas, it really feels like Swallows and Amazons! On two occasions we have been privileged to see a beaver sitting by the side of one of the lakes which was certainly a treat. The house is in the centre of the estate and I really like the location because it is close to the spa and you can watch the kids from the balcony while they are running around outside. We also enjoyed going to the Bakers Arms local pub for lunch and stocked up for breakfast and dinner at the Waitrose in Cirencester. It feels like a smaller, more exclusive version of centre parcs. I can't recommend Copse Lodge highly enough.

“Beautiful House, with everything you need for a Family Holiday.”

Reviewed 7 Jun 2013

We have been back to this house a couple of times now as it's lovley. There is everything you need there for a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think of, the house has lots of seating, a very large table that we have sat ten at. There is evena range of movies for the children on DVD which is a really nice touch.
