Welcome to Atelier, an exquisite and brand new 4 bedroom (4335 sq foot) contemporary Villa with private swimming pool sitting on a ridge above the West Coast of St James with incredible views to the aquamarine sea that will literally take your breath away and just 500 Meters to Reeds Bay.
Atelier is just a two minute drive from the stunning beach at Reeds Bay, one of the best beaches in Barbados. Also close by at Mullins Bay, you will find another beautiful beach, some excellent restaurants, beach bars and the Indulgence Spa. Atelier is also just a short distance from Holetown where some of the best restaurants on the island are located together some excellent local and designer shopping. Golf can be arranged at the world famous Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland courses and fishing or sailing excursions leave from the Island's capital Bridgetown every day.

Without a doubt, the magical light and scenery in Barbados inspired this incredible 4 bedroom house. It features huge panoramic windows which open right up to take full advantage of the spectacular views. In addition, the living room has a dramatic double-height space which maximizes the stunning views of the extensive Terrace and Pool. Atelier was designed by renowned architect Alistair Downie and was completed in 2012. It is finished with contemporary elegant materials such as Portuguese limestone used for all kitchen surfaces and bespoke bathroom fittings. The interiors of the gorgeous chic Villa have been carefully selected to provide wonderful sophistication together with extreme relaxation. There are some beautiful contemporary artworks and the furnishings are quiet yet luxurious
The accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms. The upstairs master features a King sized bed and also has a glazed balcony with sunset views over the sea and a covered outdoor terrace for relaxing. Downstairs the bedroom leads directly onto the Pool Terrace and also features a King sized bed. The en suite extends to an enclosed outdoor shower area. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The Pool is also stunning (32 by 27ft) and looks out over a protected, mahogany-tree-filled gully to the Caribbean Sea. Externally, Atelier is surrounded by mature gardens that have been planted with indigenous species of palms, lilies, bougainvillea and many flowering shrubs. In addition to the pool and terraces, there is a large roof terrace and mezzanine study area again with stunning views.

Measuring 1/2 acre, the garden is accessed via a large and secure gate and has parking for several cars.

STAFF: When you stay at Atelier, you will be personally cared for by Atelier's own Housekeeper, Laundress and Cook. You will feel welcomed and pampered throughout your stay.
