Villa Bersama is a luxurious and spacious villa, beautifully situated, directly on the sandy beach in the village of Tangguwisia, about a 10-minute drive from Lovina, the tourist town on the North coast of Bali. The villa is situated in a peaceful and beautiful area, with rice fields at the rear and at the front a fantastic view of the Bali Sea.

The villa is surrounded by a large tropical garden of 1350 m² and features a large private swimming pool of 12 meters by 6 meters, of which the first part is shallow. Around the pool you will find sun beds with parasols.

The garden is adjacent to the beach, so you are only a few steps away from the sea, which is calm for most of the year with minor current. In addition, the beach slopes gently into the sea, making it safe for children.

Of course the typical Balinese open rest house at the beach, the bale benong, is not missing! Here you can relax on the thick mattress and lots of cushions. Great to dream away or enjoy the beautiful sunset!

The villa has 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms with air conditioning for a comfortable temperature. Each bedroom has a king size bed of which the mattresses can be separated by pillows if necessary. All beds have mosquito nets. The spacious bedrooms are adjacent to 3 stylish en-suite bathrooms that are all carried out with natural materials. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasins. Two bedrooms share a large bathroom; the other two bedrooms have a private bathroom. There are spacious closets provided for your clothes.

The villa has a spacious open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The tastefully decorated living room has sliding glass doors to the terrace, allowing the living room to be a whole with the garden and the pool. On the outside terrace you will find a large dining table and a lovely seating area from which you have great views of the Bali Sea.

Villa Bersama is the ideal villa to stay with children. Children's furniture such as 2 baby cots, 2 baby chairs, a baby bath as well as a heather for baby milk and toys are available. Outside in the garden is a playground including a swing and a climbing area. For older children there are games and several children's books and DVD's available.

Villa Bersama has all the conveniences you need, such as free Wi-Fi Internet, flat screen TV, DVD player, Ipod speaker set and in the library there are many books and DVD's for use. There is also a safe deposit box to store your personal belongings and there is a washing machine in the utility room. Bath towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided so you do not have to carry them with you.

And that's not all, 6 days a week hospitable and welcoming staff will be at your service! They take care of the cleaning, the laundry, the grocery shopping and prepare the most delicious meals for you.

The staff costs are included in the rental rate, also the cooking of all meals is included, only the groceries for the food are for your own account. You'll enjoy a carefree holiday in this beautiful tropical villa with extremely friendly and hospitable staff!

The villa, garden and swimming pool are located on private land and are not shared with other tenants. Due to the design and spacious layout, Villa Bersama is suitable for all types of groups, whether you're with 2 people, with children or with multiple families or friends. The garden is completely fenced, also to the beach side making it safe for children.

Special details: Villa Bersama is ideal to stay with children because of the spacious layout and the villa features children's furniture such as 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs and a baby bath and there is a playground outside in the garden. Also there are toys, games, books and movies on DVD for children. The staff is very friendly and experienced.

In the villa you will find an information guide with all important phone numbers (such as the help desk, the doctor, the drivers), practical information about the villa, suggestions for the menu, information of the surrounding area, suggestions for day tours, addresses of recommended restaurants, shops etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
