Ballaview is a delightful country house featuring wonderful front and rear verandahs, a perfect setting to enjoy a cuppa or a glass of local wine whilst relaxing to the sounds and sights of the country.

Located in the Lovedale Wine Region, a picturesque hamlet renowned for its fine wine and dining, Ballaview is beautifully built with timber floor boards, high vaulted ceilings and open plan living areas. Ballaview has a large country style kitchen, a modern BBQ and outdoor entertainment area. It features open plan living areas including a dining area with windows to all sides allowing you to take in the beautiful views and a sitting area with a wood burning fire, air conditioning and plenty of natural light.

Ballaview has 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a sitting room separating the two upstairs bedrooms which houses a sofa bed allowing comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests. This private two-storey house is set on 9 acres with uninterrupted mountain and native bush views. This is the perfect weekend getaway in the heart of the Hunter Wine Country.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
