We would be very happy to have you as our guests here at our small European spa and beach resort town of Loutraki, Greece. Enjoy a Great Greek Vacation at your house by the beach next to the Casino in Loutraki Corinthia Greece. Enjoy Crystal Clear Waters, a little Spa Town with famous healing waters since Ancient Greece, a five Star Casino next door. You can not only enjoy the excitement of Athens, an ancient city, refreshed though, with classic but also great new places and museums the day trips to most "must do" Greek spots, Ancient Corinth, Mycenae, Delphi, Olympia, any nearby Greek island or the Parthenon of Athens, but also our Poseidonos Avenue Loutraki beach, the olive trees, the orange trees the geraniums and the jasmine, the thyme, the oregano, the cool breeze from the sea at dusk time, the towns and villages nearby.great restaurants, arisan shops and boutiques.

The vacation home are only steps from the sea on an oceanfront property with a private access to the multiply acclaimed Loutraki Beach. Next door to the magnificent five star Club Casino, the one of the largest Casinos in Europe. Nearby are seafood-restaurants, tavernas, cafeterias. Only an hour away from Athens Airport and within a day’s trip from most Must Do Greek spots It is the perfect house for a Vacation in Greece. The Three bedroom multilevel vacation rental homes are available year round

Loutraki is an hour's drive away from Athens via the new super-highway, and is blessed with year round temperate weather with lots of sunshine.

It is close to all the amenities, yet it is very quiet and secluded, with its own beautiful grounds and a private access to the European Blue Flag standard Loutraki beach.

Here you can walk through a pleasant private access way, to our acclaimed Loutraki Poseidonos Boulevard Beach, a few meters away. or stroll nearby to the sophisticated and cosmopolitan holiday resort clubhotelloutraki.

Our vacation home is on a waterfront lot. There are a series of vacation houses on this lot, starting from the sea, and ending at our 3 bedroom multilevel homes. Beyond our house and until Poseidonos Blvd there is a garden and open space. This area is about 4000 square meters. So even though it is in a central location, by the way it is set back, our Loutraki home is a nice quiet spot. We recently constructed this home for our family and our friends. There are many larger and smaller areas, verandas, small gardens and indoor and outdoor patios, for everyone to enjoy each other’s company, but also have their more intimate spaces.

Our home is air-conditioned and has a fireplace and have exclusive use of the outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub. Our vacation home is very much accessible by transportation. A local bus stop and a taxi cab station are nearby. There is also plenty of parking available.

About an hour away from Athens either by car on Attiki Odos superhighway or by train on the Athens to Corinth Proastiakos Commuter Rail.

Proastiakos has regular service to and from Athens , which then connects to Athens Metro Subway system. Proastiakos starts at Athens International Airport and ends at Corinth.

Being on Poseidonos Boulevard at Loutraki we are close to a number of restaurants, and several great waterfront tavern’s, deli's, bakeries, pharmacies, small artisan shops and other stores within walking distance from the home. There is plenty to do at Loutraki and the surrounding areas.

There are several guided tours for day trips in the surrounding sights or for day cruises through the Canal of Korinth and the Alkyonides islands near by. I think that Kids as well as adults greatly enjoy our Loutraki home !!!

I always enjoy how our first time guests are captivated by the home's views.
