Our family-run Eagle’s Nest studios are located in the lovely village of Lourdata on the southwest coast of Kefalonia, Greece.

Studios offer a wonderful panorama of the Ionian Sea, opening from cozy balconies.

The rooms are designed for 2 guests, but if necessary we can arrange 2 more extra beds.

Each studio is a 30 m2 room (one space) with 1 single bed, a spacious wardrobe, bedside tables, a kitchenette, a dining table, a mirror with a console.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, WC.

Each studio offers a balcony or a nice patio.

The hotel is located on a spacious territory: lovely, well-kept pool will cool you on a hot day; on sun loungers, you can sunbathe and spend time reading your favorite book.

There is ample parking for guests.

Lourdas Beach is approximately 800 meters from the studios by an asphalt road winding between the charming houses. Climbing back can be tiring if you are not a fan of physical activity. Usually, a minibus runs on the Lourdas-Vlahata-Trapezaki-Lourdas route (subject to KTEL approval), where you can quickly get to the sea and back.

Lourdata, like most towns, goes down to the sea as an amphitheater. On the coast you will find several taverns and bars where you can get tasty dishes.

A hundred meters from the hotel there is a cozy Platanos bar with amazing sea views.

The nearest mini market are located 300 m from the hotel.

Lourdata can be a great starting point for traveling around Kefalonia. We recommend that you have a car that will give you the opportunity to get acquainted with the beautiful beaches of the island, its cute towns, picturesque lagoons.

- a city tax in the amount of 1,5 eur/room/night is not included and will be charged additionally in cash upon arrival;

- the studio size is about 30 sq.m; it is one space with a kitchenette (not a separate kitchen), closet, dining table and make-up table, 2 single beds. It also offers a bathroom with WC/shower and a balcony or patio;

- the road back from the beach is going up to the hill. Therefore, we recommend to have a car. You can also take a mini-bus that is usually running in Lourdata (subject to KTEL confirmation);

- please, let me know if you need a transfer from airport or a car rent: we can order it for you.

- only 3 guests can be accommodated in one studio including infants

- events, pets are allowed only prior agreement with us

- please, let me know in advance if you are going to come with a pet - the pets are allowed subject to our prior approval. You are solely responsible for your pets during your stay with us, ensuring that they do not interfere and/or harm other guests in any way. Pet extra charge is not included in price and will be charged additionally as 5 eur per pet per night

Usually, there is a mini-bus running between Lourdata and Trapezaki - it appears at the beach often enough , so you can catch it to get back to the hotel. Upon your request, we can order for you a transfer from the airport or book for you a car that will be delivered to the airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angelos (the owner) a message.

If Angelos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
