Our charming 100 yr old newly renovated home is located in the best part of Frankfort Ave area. Walk to top restaurants, shops, bars, cafes & farmers market! Features 2 BR (3 bed options, 2 futons), 2 baths, large family area, deck & excellent outdoor space. Pet Free.

Location, Location, Location! You can walk to so many wonderful, amazing places from our home! Our area scored the highest in walkability! Easy walk, cab, uber, trolley and public transportation! Private parking spaces in back!

Our guesthouse is extremely clean and free of personal clutter!

No pets live in the guesthouse!

Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home has been completely renovated and features; beautiful exposed brick, new rustic French country engineered flooring, large family style living room, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen and large backyard with parking! Designed by a professional award winning designer, Newly furnished with French Country style, cool colors classic light aqua blues, and greys. In Louisville's highly sought after Frankfort Avenue area (best walkable area)!

*Upon entry you walk in to the family room which features a large sectional sofa (large enough for two people to sleep on) fireplace and smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

*First Bedroom (1st floor) is a large room with two comfy new queen beds and a new click sofa/full bed.

*Second Bedroom (2nd floor) with a comfy new queen bed and a new click sofa/full bed. This bedroom features a balcony (with great views) and an en suite!

*Fully equipped eat in Kitchen

*Two Full bathrooms

*Extra Bedding: 2 Luxury 24" Raised Queen Air-Mattress-Style (upon Request before you arrive)

Free curbside parking and private parking in back yard area!

All travelers with pets must notify me before booking our guesthouse!

*We do charge a pet fee.

For a one-day rental there is an additional fee.

FYI Louisville, Kentucky's highways/interstates are under heavy construction. For high traffic events you will want to stay close enough to your points of interest, to travel by streets. Our location is prefect for quick, easy street access to anywhere in Louisville.
