Sleeping up to six guests, Sea Thrift has two double bedrooms one with additional daybed , one twin room and two bathrooms .It is excellently equipped with all that one expects from a top quality holiday cottage ;electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge,microwave and washing machine. Located 9 miles from Westport,with its georgian streetscapes , 4 miles to Louisburgh and close to Connemara.

Old head Beach - blue flag beach is only minutes away , its pier is great for crab fishing or simply jumping off !- and its beach is long and sandy and popular swimming and sandcastle beach .

The house is ideally located close to the beach overlooking Clew bay. It is close to the village of Louisburgh for groceries , butcher and pubs , and Saturday market stalls. also close to Westport for the shops and festive misc sessions. It is on the Wild Atlantic way known for its stunning beauty and sea activities , the mountains are unspoilt and provide an amazing scenic backdrop to your holiday .

Louisburgh

The setting is unique , beside Clew Bay with its sandy beaches and mountains for walks and treks through unspoilt countryside of bogs , woodlands and lakes . Also famous for surfing the world famous Fegral Smyth grew up surfing in this area !Horse riding is also an option here , with many stables nearby, or canoeing/kayaking is also an option .also Sea Thrift is great to use as a base to visit Connemara and Achill Island all within close reach .
