Situated within the Lough Erne Golf Village at Lough Erne Golf Resort and Spa this luxury 3 Bedroom Estate Cottage was newly built in 2009 offers exceptional levels of quality finish and interior.

Whether playing golf on the extraordinary Nick Faldo designed course, attending a wedding or just wanting to experience all that the Fermanagh Lakelands have to offer this offers you an wonderfully positioned base less than a sand wedge to Castle Hume lough, a pitching wedge to the first tee, or maybe a well hit driver to the wedding suites of the Hotel.

The 1650 sq feet of accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms, one twin room, along with 3 bathrooms including two showers and a free standing bath.

A Luxury granite worktop kitchen offers a built in dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer and Belfast sink opening out on to the patio offering views across the 5th tee, 18th green and to the hotel beyond.

A large lounge and dining room offers a great area to relax after your day's activities in front of the real effect gas fire and watch TV or DVDs on the 42” wall mounted plasma.

The dining area opens out onto the south west facing patio offering sunny evenings outside.

Across the hall you have the benefit of a separate “fun” room with another 37” Plasma TV, for guests or maybe for the kids to enjoy their own TV or choice of DVD. Whatever the reason this room offers a separate area with 3 seater Sofa and bean bags to relax.

Excellent location for family or golf. The house was very clean and had everything required for mini break. Mattresses and pillows had protectors and bed linen spotless. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it comfortable for all. It was so easy to access building and owner provided everything required. Highly recommend this property.

“Lovely house in great location”

Spent one night here at the start of June and had a really good experience. Close to the hotel and right on the golf course. Would really recommend to either a family or a group of golfers.

“Resort Wedding”

The resort is large but this lodge is located on the closes street to the main hotel, so is perfectly positioned for events being held there. The lodge it's self is spacious and clean with all the mod cons. The owner gave clear instructions while being very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Our group was made up of three couples, who would all be happy to stay again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Trevor (the owner) a message.

If Trevor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
