This brand new property is a de-luxe static holiday home comprising of:
2 bedrooms (1 king size double, 1 twin).
1 main bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
1 en-suite off the double with a bath (shower over), basin and WC.
1 lounge with sofa seating which converts into a fold down double bed.
1 kitchen fully equipped.
It has double glazing and full central heating. All the utility bills are included as well as bedding (plus one change), Lots of towels including tea towels and kitchen cloths.

The lounge and kitchen is open plan and has the following:
40” flat screen TV + DVD player.
Wall mounted electric coal effect heater.
Pay as you go WiFi unit (the position of this affects the signal strength).

10 place setting dishwasher.
Toaster, kettle, microwave, sink with drainer, good sized fridge, freezer, a four burner, one grill, good sized main oven, iron + ironing board and a hair dryer.
Positioned outside is a washing machine and we have supplied a clothes airer.
The site has a laundry about 100 metres away if you wish to dry items quickly.

Departure time is 11 am to allow us to prepare the home for the next guest. (Later if no incoming guests)
Arrival is 3 pm or later. (Earlier if no outgoing guests)

An extremely well stocked and laid out caravan with absolutely everything we could need plus more. Everything is in very good condition and works perfectly. Jim gave us very clear information we would need to know and everything was organised with no hiccups. Location is an ideal base for visiting the moray area, the park facilities are good and it is situated next to a beautiful beach where our boys enjoyed a lovely evening swimming whilst being watched by seals! Would definitely recommend booking this caravan!

We've just got back from a break at Jim's holiday home and couldn't have asked for anything more. The holiday home was lovely. It was modern,clean and tidy and fully equipped with everything you could need. The washing machine was an added bonus as I don't have so much washing to do now we are home. It is less than 5 minutes to the beach and lighthouse and we enjoyed watching the raf jets taking off. Would definitely recommend staying here to everyone and we are hoping to book again next year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jim (the owner) a message.

If Jim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
