La Moletta is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views with a wonderful sense of tranquility and only 10 minute walk away to the charming spanish village of Los Romanes.

The owners live on site in one part of the house which is totally separate from the holiday accomodation.

La Moletta sleeps up to 8 people, but can also be rented separately sleeping up to 4 people in two separate apartments. One apartment is on ground level making easy access for young people or persons with limited mobility.

La Moletta is surrounded by stunning mountain views that change colour throughout the day, finishing with spectacular sunsets.

La Moletta has four terraces where you can choose to relax and enjoy a meal whilst admiring the scenery in a wonderful tranquil setting.

Or relax around the 32 sqm pool, whilst soaking up the sun, or enjoy a nice cocktail under our two shaded areas.

We have a new games room planned for early 2018 where you can relax playing pool, darts and other games or simply sit and read from our book collection.Please note: if you require a different combination of beds in either of the apartments, for example all single, we will accommodate your individual needs.

La Moletta is situated 50 minutes from Malaga airport.

A 25 minutes drive to the coast.

Los Romanes is only a 10 minute walk away where you will find a quaint and very charming Spanish village.

The village has 2 well stocked shops including a quality butchers, and its very own organic bakery where you can purchase fresh bread daily.

Los Romanes has 4 bars including a top class restaurant El Charco, who provide a stream of entertainment with live bands throughout the summer months.

There are lots of local festivals and celebrations throughout the year.

At the shack bar, which is very popular with local Spanish and expats , here you can book a 4x4 mountain trip with Paco, a fantastic experience or why not enjoy a quad bike ride around lake Vinuela.

Things to do and see in the area.

Lake Vinuela 10 minute drive away, there are a number of small pretty beaches around the lake that makes this the ideal place for a family outing. Pine trees add to the sense of tranquillity and give you a feeling of being at one with nature, while they provide the perfect habitat for many different species of bird life.

Picnic areas have been set out, complete with barbeque facilities strategically facing south, giving the visitor the best views across the lake.

Swimming and fishing and non motorised water sports are permitted. There is a water sports activity centre where, in the summer, you can rent or receive sailing tuition on colourful topper dinghies, kayaks, water pedal boats, small sailing dinghies and canoes.

Torre Del Mar is a Beautiful Spanish resort, 25 minutes drive from La Moletta, where you will find a water park, shopping centres, lovely beaches and a variety of bars and restaurants and night clubs.

Nerja is 40 minutes drive away, very popular, lots to do and see more European than Torre del Mar well worth a visit.

National Parks are plentiful in the area, having splendid picnic areas, fantastic walks where you can admire the beautiful scenery.

Baviera golf Situated on the coast, 20 minutes drive from La Moletta.

Anoreta golf 30 minutes drive from La Moletta.

Granada 1 hour drive away, famous for the walled Moors city Alhambra

Sierra Nevada mountain range where you can enjoy skiing and snow boarding in the cooler months, only 90 minutes away.

Kings walk- Caminito Del Rey fantastic walk around mountain paths overlooking deep gorges, once described as the” worlds most dangerous walk”

Alhama Hot springs is only 40 minutes away, a breathtaking drive through the beautiful Sierra de Tejeda mountains.
