With stunning views of Lake Vinuela and just a short walk from several bars / restaurants and the picturesque village of Los Romanes: This beautiful villa is located just 20 minutes from the coast in an excellent way, and within 10 minutes of several pretty villages, and plenty of bars and restaurants dotted around the surrounding countryside. The house is easy to get along easily passable tarmac road and has ample parking on the street in front of the house and nearby. The house has a private fenced garden with stairs to the large terraces. There is an entrance hall with shower on one side and leads to a large kitchen with a breakfast bar and a spacious living and dining area with a dining table for six people. In this room there is a wood stove for the winter months. Double doors lead to a veranda and further doors lead to the large open terrace with stunning panoramic views of the lake and mountains. A staircase from the living room leads to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedroom has a double bed, en suite shower room and patio doors to the lower terrace. There is a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The family bathroom is also on this level has a bath with hand shower. From the lower level doors to the terrace (accessible from the upper terrace directly via a short ramp and some also occur). The lower terrace leads to the pool, a beautiful, triangular pool with nothing but scenery around. There is also a seating area and a barbecue area. The terraces offer ample space for sunbathing and enjoying the outdoors and the porch offers a warm welcome when you visit outside the summer season. This villa has a satellite TV, fast broadband and WiFi, so do not hesitate to take your tablet or PC. There is a hallway with shower room to one side, and leading into a large kitchen with breakfast table, and a spacious living and dining room with dining table for six people. There is a wood burner for the winter months in this room. Double doors lead into a conservatory, and Further doors lead out onto the large open terrace with wonderful panoramic views of the lake and countryside. Stairs from the living room lead down to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite shower room and patio doors to the garden. There is a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds. The family bathroom, usefull on this level, has a bath with overhead shower. From the lower level are doors out onto the lower terrace (also accessible from the upper terrace directly via a short ramp, and some steps too). The lower terrace leads to the pool, a pretty, triangular pool with nothing but countryside behind. There is a seating area here too and barbeque area. The terraces providence plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the outside life, and the conservatory biedt welcome warmth if you are visiting outside the summer season. This villa has TV with satellite melodic, fast broadband and WiFi, so do not hesitate to bring your tablet or PC.
