Despite the fact that the house is uniquely situated to reach it yet easily via a good tarmac road. A little village lights barely 500 m from the house. Here, one can always go for small groceries, a nice chat with the locals or not accompanied by a drink or snack. Sierra Vista is 65 km from Malaga city and 75 km from Málaga Airport. The big cities such as Cordoba, Granada and Ronda are less than two hours drive away. Of course there are closer perhaps lesser known but still very nice places to discover. Gorge of Alhama de Granada suitable for a leisurely stroll and possibly a visit to the natural hot springs with their healing powers. What certainly is a tremendous experience, a walk through the Rio Chillar, not to mention a trip between the cliffs of El Torcal. The coastal lovers certainly find their liking

The coastal lovers certainly find their liking in Neja with its balcony of Europe. The house can accommodate up to six persons children included. There are three bedrooms, one with twin beds and two each with one double bed. There are three bathrooms, one with shower, one with regular shower and one with bath. The kitchen features including a large gas stove with electric oven, electric juicer, a large refrigerator with freezer, micro oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine with the ability to dry the laundry and ironing and so much more. ENGLISH TEXT If you are looking for a comfortable, modern and spacious villa for your family and friends to enjoy on your holiday, with peace, views and in an ideal location for days out, this is your place! With stunning views of Lake Viñuela, and located just a short walk from several at bar / restaurants and the picturesque village of Los Romanes, this lovely villa is only 20 minutes from the coast on an excellent road, and within 10 minutes of several at pretty villages, and plenty of bars and restaurants dotted around the countryside nearby. The house is easily Reached with no dirt tracks and HAS ample off-street parking in front of the house and nearby. The house has a gated private garden with steps up to the main terrace areas. There is a hallway with shower room to one side, and leading into a large kitchen with breakfast table, and a spacious living and dining room with dining table for 6 people. There is a wood burner for the winter months in this room. Double doors lead into a conservatory with wonderful views of the lake and countryside, and Further doors lead out onto the large open terrace. Stairs from the living room lead down to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom Has A double bed, an ensuite shower room and patio doors to the garden. There is a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. The family bathroom, usefull on this level, Has A bath with overhead shower. From the lower level are doors out onto the lower terrace (also accessible from the upper terrace directly via a short ramp, and some steps too). The lower terrace leads to the pool, a pretty, triangular pool with nothing but countryside behind and lake views. There is a seating area here too and barbeque area. The terraces providence plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the outside life, and the conservatory biedt welcome warmth if you are visiting outside the Summer season. This villa has no TV, but fast broadband and WIFI, so please bring your tablet or PC and connect to the Internet to view TV (we recommend the FilmOn app.)
