This property to rent is a north facing, semi air conditioned, semi detached house with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. 1 Double room and 2 identical twin rooms and has access to an owner & guests shared pool. Currently there is some repair work happening to the pool so it may not be available.

Local English staff will welcome you to the house and show you the features and facilities whilst handing over the keys.

No dogs allowed at the property.

Located 35 minutes drive from either Alicante or Murcia airport you will find the house, consisting 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, fully fitted kitchen, spacious lounge/diner, main bathroom having an easily accessible walk in shower and on the ground floor a small shower room. Air conditioning is installed and in the cooler months it can produce warm air.

Outside at the front of the property is a large patio area with its own orange and lemon trees. On the top floor you will find a rooftop solarium. There is also full use of the shared outdoor pool and children's play areas. A supermarket and cafe/bars are located within a 5-minute walk.

Surrounded by orange and lemon groves the local area benefits from a natural fresh water lake (Las Lagunas) designated as an area of natural beauty that may be of particular interest to bird watchers. Leisurely long walks or bike and horse riding can be enjoyed around the lake or just take a picnic, relax and take in the view.

Nearby are a number of lovely Blue Flag beaches ranging from small coves to long stretches of golden sand. Jet skiing and kite surfing are available at some of the beaches.

A short drive or 20-minute stroll from the house finds the local market town of Los Montesinos, which offers small bars and restaurants serving a variety of international and Spanish dishes. Local fiestas are often held near the picturesque church and the traditional Spanish square. Alternatively the bustling city of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away where you can discover plenty of shops, sea front bars & restaurants and at the Marina the S-61 Delfin floating museum submarine and glass bottomed boat that visits the Island of Tabarca.

There is also plenty to do in the local area whether that be shopping at one of the new large shopping malls (La Zenia or Habaneras) or visiting the local water parks, safari park or outdoor activity centers where you can enjoy quad biking, horse riding, go-karting, kayaking, water skiing and archery amongst other things. There are also historic attractions including the mountain top castle overlooking the city and coastline of Alicante and of course, the local churches.

Several world-class golf courses are located within a short drive including, La Finca, Campoamor and Villa Martin to name but a few.

If you prefer to use the local public transport links then airport transfers are available at an additional cost.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by local English people who will hand over the keys, show you around the house.

Check in time is between 16:00 and before 20:00.

Checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 there is an additional charge of €35 payable on arrival. Check in after 00:00 not available.

We can be flexible on times if given enough notice as representative needs to be organised.

How do damage deposits work?

If Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
