BEACH FRONT LOCATION.This is a bright and spacious apartment pleasantly furnished and well equipped. The master bedroom is en suite with the twin bedroom having access to a second bathroom. A lounge diner leads onto a private terrace offering lovely views of the communal pool and tropical gardens.

The property is situated in a secure and very well maintained development, with direct access to the beach and within walking distance to several chiringuitos where you can enjoy fresh fish and local speciality dishes. The development, Las Arenas has two swimming pools nestled between tropical gardens and water features with gentle pathways leading down directly to the beach. This gated development has a 24hr security guard and underground parking.

Marbella town centre is a drive of 5 minutes with the marina Puerto Banus only a few minutes further along the coast. Approximately 35 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

The Costa del Sol region

Costa del Sol has approximately 320 days a year of glorious sunshine, great beaches, a wide variety of sporting opportunities plus a fantastic nightlife scene, most visitors flying into the province of Malaga head straight to the resorts and are hugely unaware of the attractions of the of the City itself.

Historical ruins from the Romans, the Moors and the Christians are to include, the moorish palace (Alcazaba), a Roman theatre and the Gibralfaro Castle. Other places of interest are the Plaza de Toros, a botanic garden (which started 150 years ago) and the Cathedral of Malaga which dates back to 1528.

Malaga is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and so you will find the Picasso Museum which has work donated by the artist's daughter in law.

Malaga old town offers lovely plazas and narrow streets where you can discover traditional tapas bars and bodegas. Malaga is a fun city for shopping with many individual boutiques and shops, plus of course the El Corte Ingles (English Style) department stores.

Los Monteros

With it's endless stretch of sandy beaches, chiringitos and trendy beach clubs, Bahia de Marbella, Los Monteros offers the prefect setting for a great holiday.

Not only catering for the beach lovers less than 5 minutes drive you are in the town of Marbella. Here you have can stroll around the old town which provides all the charm of a typical Andalucian village, with unique shops, cafes and plazas where you can sit and watch the world go by or to head down to the beach front where you will discover a promenade that offers a delightful walk, many restaurants and beach activity. For shopping La Canada, also within only 5 minutes drive offers all the facilities of a modern commercial centre from high street fashion, a supermarket, plus ten-pin bowling and a cinema.

Puerto Banus is only a few minutes drive away from Bahia de Marbella. Here you will find designer shops, international restaurants, bars and cafes. This is one of Europe's hot spots for celebrity spotting, with multi million dollar yachts and all the latest luxury cars.

Renown as "Costa del Golf" for it's 60 plus golf courses, ranging from the Championship to more the forgiving, the golf season starts in October through to March. There is an abundance of water sports along the coast, including kite-surf. During the months of November to April the ski resort of Granada can be reached easily for a great day out on the slopes.

Without any doubt there are endless choices on how to best spend your time while spending your holiday at Bahia de Marbella, Los Monteros Playa, here on the Costa del Sol.
