Outdoor Eating Areas
1. There is an outdoor Spanish tiled roof to form a shady area round the front of the house and an up market table with seating for 8 under the roof.
2. BBQ area
3. Tables and chairs with umbrellas for breakfasts or sunset drinks on the balconies upstairs.
Cool Villa
All the windows are tinted and I find no need for either heating or air con because the climate is so balmy.
Garden and Pool is well maintained
The small garden has a tree, shrubs, aloes, bouganvillea hibiscus etc. with a side gate for the gardeners. In addition there is an outdoors shower.
Sunbathing Terrace with beautiful views
I have 6 lounger chairs with cushions and a wide selection of beach towels. All linen is provided and changed once if staying more than a week.
Ground Floor
The lounge has a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and a reclining chair.
One bedroom is on the ground floor and thus suitable for those who have a problem with stairs.

Top Floor
All bedrooms have recently been up-dated. Jacuzzi in master ensuite bath rooms. Ensuite in twin room. Both bedrooms have balconies with breathless views.

BOOKING NOTES

A deposit of 20% per week is to be paid at the time of booking - Non returnable. The whole amount is to be paid 10 weeks in advance. If the booking takes place within 10 weeks of the holiday date, the whole amount is payable at once. Payment can be by Cheque or money transfer. PLUS £50 charge per week to heat the swimming pool.

No pets please due to allergies of subsequent guests.

The decor is white with touches of grey, black and red. Ground floor: A dining room, long hall way, wall hangings, an indoor 'garden' and a guest loo; also a large sitting room with tv, video, dvd and music. A newly refurbished twin bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted with wood units and mostly Miele equipment. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom, dressing area and bathroom is large with a separate shower and huge jacuzzi with arches and tiled shelving. It also has a large terrace, with wonderful views. The second bedroom (twin) used to be the master and also has a dressing room and bath ensuite. It has a terrace with table and chairs – wonderful early morning coffee. Both have been recently refurbished. The front of the house has tinted sliding doors leading to the garden. You can sit in the shade of bougainvillea, under a pantiled roof or sunbathe on the lawn or newly- tiled terrace. Alfresco dining is a joy.

The Canary Islands region

Mount Teide - Spain's highest mountain - is situated in the national park, about an hour's drive to the east. The same distance away, but to the north, lies Puerto de la Cruz the island’s tourist capital, which houses Lorro Parque, a parrot conservation park with wonderful shows of dolphins, sea lions and a magnificent penguin house. Las Aguillas is similar but in the southern hills above Los Cristianos, 45 minutes away. Two water parks close to Playa de Las Americas - Aqua Park at Costa Adeje and the nearby water kingdom, Siam Park - are both roughly half an hour away by car.

Los Gigantes

Los Gigantes is a quiet seaside village with a central square and church and a small sheltered beach. There are many restaurants, both in the village and just outside. Tennis and mini-golf can while away a morning as can various boat trips to view pods of dolphins and whales. Several golf courses are nearby for the enthusiast. Dominating the beach are beautiful sea cliffs, the ‘Giants’, reputedly the second highest in the world.
