Description

The apartment is located at the foot of the cliffs of Los Gigantes with stunning sea views and the island of La Gomera. From the terrace you can see spectacular sunsets over a romantic atmosphere. This study is ideal for couples wanting a day of peace, tranquillity and nature. It is 5 minutes from the beach, with sun all year round. It is 5 minutes walk from the marina, where you can practice water sports: diving, water skiing, watching marine mammals (dolphins), boat trips and so on. There are many nearby restaurants, shopping centers, swimming pools salt water, taxi and bus services. Featuring private car can hike around the island of Tenerife, visiting the spectacular Teide National Park and the many beaches dotted around the island. Tenerife has a lot of restaurants where you can sample Canarian food. In the south of Tenerife and 25 minutes from the apartment is the town of Playa de las Americas, Playa de los Cristianos, where you can shop, enjoy the sun, beaches and tourist environment.

“Amazing views.”

This is a Studio apartment so no separate bedroom, the views are truly amazing but you do have to be fairly fit to reach the Apartment as there are quite a lot of stairs. The owner, Teresa, goes to a lot of trouble to ensure you have a good holiday and communicates on a regular basis. A really good pool area which is so relaxing, Lots of restaurants & bars close by.

Air conditioning. Fresh towels. Bath and shower even if not shown in the photograph. Lots of car parking at the top of complex 'Calle tabaiba'. The resort has lots of lovely restaurants cheaply priced and canarian people are lovely to talk. Night time cabara if you like a cheap drink and a sing song if not lots of lovely beaches nearby to walk around. Two large supermarkets a ten minute drive away with a hyperdino within walking distance. Small beach within walking distance but very busy on Sunday's with lots of locals. Buy a cheap umbrella for the outside as their isn't a shade outside.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay here. The view from the apartment is gorgeous and the pool area and pool is lovely. The location is brilliant; pubs, good restaurants, ice cream places, supermarkets - all no more than 10 mins walk away! The harbour was very pretty and there were 2 hour boat trips to see dolphins and whales and go swimming for just 15€! All in all you get a lot for your money here! Although it should be noted that there are a LOT of steps up to the apartment -about 100- but apparently there is a back entrance of only 2 flights of stairs which we had not realised!

Ideal for couple or single person. Small/compact, but had everything required for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Although there is just one open plan living/sleeping/kitchen area (i.e no actual bedroom) the bed settee is a very good, practical arrangement. Lots of steps to climb, but worth it for the rewarding view from the balcony of the apartment. Not easy to find if arriving in the dark, as apartment building isn't named and the floor levels/apartment numbers are difficult to locate at first (good tip: check out the front view of the building on Google Earth in advance, it helped us to spot it.) The apartment itself, and the building/general environment/pool area etc are all well maintained, clean and tidy. We would happily return.

My husband and I stayed here in March 2013 and found the accommodation very good, with fantastic views. Apartment faces west, so great sunsets and views to La Gomera and La Palma. On the last day of our holiday, we sat on the balcony and saw whales in the sea! Very clean and comfortable accommodation and, although small, was well laid out to incorporate all the mod-cons. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

How do damage deposits work?
