Getting around

A Car is definitely not necessary. There is a free bus to all of the attractions ie Water Parks, Dolphin shows, shopping malls, Go Karting, and the lovely beaches are only approx. 10 min walk from the apartment.

Interaction with guest

There is a security key on the outside of the apartment and I can give you the code. My manager Elaine is very easy to conduct whilst you are on holiday so if you need anything she can be with you within approx. 10 mins For security there is a concealed safe in the apartment. Kids shall love the Water Parks inc Aqualand with Dolphin shows and lovely Beaches The apartment also has 2 hairdryers, concealed safe, fishing rods, golf clubs view over the Pool and the sea in the distance approx. within half a mile from the apartment. You must visit Tenerife Pearl well worth visiting

“Perfect in every way still home from home”

we have stayed at this apartment many times and love it here it has everything you need jim is lovely and easy to talk to the apartment has washing machine walk in shower and comfy beds what more do you need we have already booked for next year and my sister and husband is out there now and has also booked for next year what more can anyone say.

“Lovely sunny apartment”

Just returned from our yearly visit to this apartment, probably our 5th or 6th visit.The apartment is well situated apx.10 mins walk from beach and local village. The beds are extremely comfortable, walk in shower in bathroom handy for us “oldies” Full oven and hob for anyone wanting to cook, with washing machine, freezer and microwave. The balcony is south facing with table chairs and sunbed and in February we had sun from 10am until it set. You can use the pool at the nearby Surysol complex, which has ample sun beds. The big benefit is full WiFi and a great tv package, ideal for early “nighters” like us who eat a bit earlier.. Jim the owner is very obliging, and I would recommend this very nice apartment.

Me and 2 children aged 13 and 8 stayed in this apartment 1st January-12th january. We had a great stay at here. Plenty big enough for 4 adults. The apartment was easy to find from the bus station. The apartment was clean and tidy with bath and head towels also beach towels which was great. View of the pool and sun on the balcony all day. WiFi and proper sky tv! The pool area looks new and seems to have the sun nearly all day. Bars and resturants in nearly every direction too. Jim the owner seems like a great guy. Very informative and happy to answer all you super quick. Top guy. Thanks for letting us stay in your apartment!

Lovely apartment, has everything you need, extremely clean and tidy, a home from home, pool is excellent, though a little cold lol, within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, and bars, also beach. I highly recommend.

arrived at 8.30pm no lights on luckily had a torch on my phone to be able to find the right no. apartment. Shopping asked for was not there. Wet room needed a good clean and the cushions on the balc… More

“Amazing apartment in a great location”

This was my 5th time staying in this apartment and I have already booked for my 6th visit next year. The apartment is very clean, spacious, has sky TV with all the football channels, washing machine etc. A home from home. Its in a lovely location and very close to the beach and shops. The pool area is stunning and you will find all the owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The owner Jim is very responsive and will go out of his way to help. He literally can't do enough for you. If you want a central stay in Los Cris, good value for money with someone you can trust, this apartment is for you.

“Lovely apartment in excellent location”

Just back from our 2nd visit to Los Cristianos and stay in this apartment. Our last visit was 2 years ago, and this time there have been a few updates making our stay even better. Everything you could ask for is provided, the apartment is clean, and with Sky TV now installed we were able to watch our local news! The location is superb, with restaurants (providing nice food and great entertainment), supermarkets, shops and the beach all nearby. The Sunday roast in the Queen Vic pub is worth trying. Jim the owner is very helpful, as are Elaine and her partner who look after the property. We will happily book to stay there again.

Another excellent holiday in your apartment Jim- we have stayed numerous times now & have another stay this year & have already booked for 2020! The apartment is very clean & tidy & very well equipped-always plenty of clean bedding & towels available for you to use. The pool area has been fully refurbished & is an excellent addition that can you are able to use. It is ideally situated close to the front & there are numerous bars & restaurants in easy walking distance. Thanks for another great stay Jim!

“Lovely Apartment”

A very well appointed 2 bed apartment,with balcony which catches the sun for the best part of the day. Recently refurbished pool area is a great improvement from our last visit and is a great place to relax. The apartment is very clean and well presented,change of bedding, towels (including beach towels) provided. Within minutes walk of some good bars providing food etc and entertainment. Harbour beach about a 10 minute walk but worth another 5 minute walk to the beach at Playa La Vista. All ready looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Jim.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
