Beautiful penthouse, excellent location. Spacious and bright. Close to all services: restaurants and entertainment venues, supermarkets and in front of the main bus station of Los Cristianos, 300 metres from the beach.

Ideal to enjoy one of the best climates in the world in its large terrace with views to the sea and the mountain.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

Located in a quiet community, with swimming pool and solarium. Kitchen with dishwasher, wash with washing machine room.Towels and bed, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, kitchen and central gas oven.

Access to handicapped and 3 lifts. Renovated in January of the year 2014.

It is imperative to respect the norms of coexistence of the community of neighbors.

“Excellent apartment, and host.”

My husband daughter and myself had a great week in this apartment. Thank you to Felipe and his daughter Lucy for making our stay memorable. We will be back the same time next year. I look forward to seeing you again.

Nice apartment and exceptional terrace which given we spent most of the time outside was great. The apartment had everything we needed. Felipe provides the basics, tea, coffee and milk etc which was good after such an early morning flight. Felipe very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely consider renting this apartment again.

Felipe the owner was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was perfect. Spotless and it had everything you could need even welcoming drinks in the fridge. Beautiful terrace with great views. Would definitely recommend it.

This is the third time we've stayed in this area of Los Cristianos and our best apartment yet. The apartment was everything we could wish for. Central location for restaurants and beach and close to supermarket and buses. Felipe had provided a welcome pack and met us on arrival. Would certainly go back again.

What a perfect place for a holiday/break away from the norm. Nicely located around shops and bars and just 5 minute stroll to the beach via the beautiful white washed church and more café bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything you would need for a relaxing stay, beds are comfortable, shower is perfect and the balcony, well how do you put it into words, its just perfect, there is room to eat, room to drink and room to sunbath, if you prefer some privacy to sunbath then this spot is perfect. There is also plenty of shade to ensure you don't over do the sun. Felipe is a smashing bloke, he meets and greets when you arrive and shows you around the apartment, he will answer any questions you may and will also meet you at the apartment on your day of departure. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

L'alloggio è situato al 6 piano di un residence con vista mare (10 minuti a piedi) e piscina condominiale (curata tutti i giorni da un addetto del condominio). Gli accessori ci sono proprio tutti: dalla lavastoviglie (comodissima in vacanza) al microonde. Il terrazzo è l'ideale per pranzare su un tavolo in legno ovale che accoglie almeno 6 persone. Efficiente anche il servizio WIFI. Impeccabile la pulizia e l'accoglienza: nel frigorifero, al nostro arrivo, c'erano bibite e succhi di frutta freschi con l'aggiunta delle banane tipiche delle isole canarie. Lo consiglio veramente.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
