Gated&updated home, just steps away from Ventura Blvd., Westfield Mall, supermarkets, restaurants&shops. 5BR/ 4.5BA (TV in every room), salt water pool, hot tub, fire pit, basketball & private outdoor. 2 living rooms, gourmet kitchen, high speed internet throughout. Great for families(pool can be gated or not), business travels, and a group of friends.

Spectacular two story, high ceilings home, 5 bedroom, 4.5 baths, dark hardwood floors, and LED recessed lighting throughout.

First Floor:

Designer kitchen with Caesar Stone counters, center island, custom cabinets, and built-in stainless steel appliances with a wine fridge.

Formal living room with fireplace and brand new sitting area, dining room with 8 chairs, bright family room with flat screen TV.

Guest room with a queen-sized bed, closet, TV, and an attached bathroom.

Guest Bathroom is located on the first floor.

Second Floor:

A beautiful stairway leads up to 3 bedrooms plus an over-sized master bedroom with a walk-in closet, fireplace, lounge chaise, two nightstands and balcony with a seating area. Master bathroom w/dual sinks, steam shower, Jacuzzi tub and TV.

Two Bedrooms with queen-sized beds, spacious closets, nightstands and flat-screen TVs.

The third master bedroom has a king-sized bed, attached bathroom with a steam shower, desk, closet and a flat-screen TV.

Outdoor:

Private, resort style backyard with a sparkling salt water pool, spa, waterfall, and basketball. Built-in BBQ area equipped with a sink, fridge, marble countertop and three bar stools. Outdoor Dining table with umbrella & four chairs, and a large lounge area with two tanning beds, fire pit with four chairs to enjoy the beautiful Los Angeles weather.

Garage is equipped with washer and dryer, fits up to two midsized cars. Cabinets throughout the garage. Driveway fits up to one additional car.

Brand nee furnitute throughout the house.

Extra towels and linens are provided.

Thermostats on each floor.

Smoke detector, carbon monoxide alarm and two fire extinguishers inside the property.

Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.

We do not allow parties of any kind. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Please refrain from lound noises after 10 pm.

We have a concierge service available, please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like us to coordinate a private chef for a dinner, salon hair services, luxury car rental, flights, restaurant reservations, event tickets, etc.

Posted check out times are always flexible and are mostly dependent upon when prior or future guests are leaving or arriving, and having time to clean the house for the next guest. We will always try to accommodate your schedule, but we cannot guarantee to meet outside of the posted times. Please discuss with us prior if you would like to have an alternate check in/out time.
