Description

This lovely guest house is the perfect nest for a romantic gateway, reuniting with friends or to spend quality time with your family. You will enjoy chilling and relaxing while enjoying the warmth of the California sun. This gem is just 10 minutes away from all the best attractions in LA: Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studios, Hollywood, LA Zoo and a lot more. You will just Love it!

The unit is about 400 sq ft. It's brand new, has just been completely remodeled. You have a super comfortable queen size bed and a sofa bed that converts into a queen bed.

AC and heating with mini split.

Home features kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, plus free High speed WiFi and flat-screen TV. Laundry room available and shared. Other amenities available to guests include living room, dining area for 2, a kettle, tea, coffee, coca and sugar, basics cooking products and a basket full of snacks along with welcome beverages.

You will have access to the entire guesthouse with a private access on the side of the main house. You will have access to the house 24/7 with smart lock access.

Plenty of street parking available.

The best bet to get around if you don't have a car is either Uber or rent a car (not too expensive in LA) One block from Hollywood 170 Freeway. 2 miles away from 134 and 101 Freeways. 1 block from bus station. 15 minutes from Burbank Airport.

How do damage deposits work?
