Beautiful home, fully furnished, in the beautiful hills of Pacific Palisades. Peaceful and quiet with spectacular views of the ocean, city and mountains along with deer, rabbits, humming birds, dancing dragon flies and more on occasion. Typically sunny even when the coast is fogged in and, great hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains only a short walk away.

Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city yet be close enough to enjoy all Los Angeles has to offer. Only 5 minutes to the most gorgeous beaches, Palisades "Village" (cafes, markets, restaurants, hiking trails (Temescal Canyon, Will Rogers to name a few) parks, farmers market and more). Close to surrounding cities such as; Santa Monica, Venice, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and downtown LA (DTLA).

House includes; 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, kitchen, 1 car garage, washer and dryer and beautiful views.

3 Bedrooms:

Bdr 1: Master bedroom: King bed, sitting area, wood burning fireplace, plenty of closet space along, sliding glass doors which allow beautiful views of the yard and mountains. Full bathroom includes shower and separate sunken tub, 2 sink vanity and more closet space.

Bdr 2: Queen bed. Optional crib or twin bed upon request. Windows for nice light and plenty of closet space.

Bdr 3: Full bed. Built-in office desk with a desktop computer and large screen TV. Sliding glass door with views of a side yard, fruit trees and the mountains. Closet space.

"Pink Bathroom: Bdr 2 and Bdr 3 share this full bathroom (2 sinks, shower and bath) entrance from hallway between the two room.

Plus, an additional half bathroom close to the living room, kitchen and dining room.

The house provides a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Appliances include stainless steel dishwasher, gas stove-top, separate 2 door oven. 2 door refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc.

The living room has 2 comfortable sitting areas, a wood burning fireplace and a 1/2 bathroom close by.

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the dining room and living room areas. Dine inside or dine outdoors on the patio area (or both). Light the chiminea on a chilly evening all the while looking at the twinkling city light, silhouette of mountains and night sky.

Pick lemons, oranges or grapefruits from the backyard and lounge outside to soak up the sun or the stars.

Getting around

A car is highly suggested as you are up a ways. Uber and Lyft are also available and once you are down the hill you can catch a bus to surrounding areas off Sunset and Marquez or Sunset and Bienvenida Blvd.
