Description

Our cozy cottage guest house is in the heart of Beverly Hills and Century City, both of which are easy walks. Our guest unit is relatively new and very clean. Get up when you like to a typically mild day, pick a few lemons, avocados or pomegranates, go for a run, have a coffee on Beverly Blvd., spot a few celebrities and that's a typical day. It's extremely quiet so if you want to party, forget it. The Beverly Hills cops patrol all streets on the hour so if you're even looking suspicious you won't have a happy ending but on the other hand you're nowhere safer.

Getting around

I said no car is needed because you really can walk everywhere, Certainly under 25 minutes to the very edges of our community. if you do decide to drive be prepared to shell out $20 per hour for parking. Obviously when it comes time for Disneyland, Universal or San Diego it's rental car time. I recommend Avis on Wilshire and Santa Monica up the street. Find an AWD discount code on line and you'll save up to 60%. UBER for everything else.

Interaction with guest

We love meeting new people, especially if they're in the entertainment industry like us. Our 14 year old is the big fancy actor in the family. On the other hand if you prefer to keep to yourself, your unit is very private so you won't see much of us.

Guests must be over 21. Obviously we have a zero tolerance for any and all illegal drugs AND as this is a non smoking property that includes Marijuana. I am obliged by law to report suspicious activities. There is no overnight parking in Beverly Hills so if you invite a guest they'll be ticketed and towed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
