Bright and cozy upper floor condominium in the heart of Tarzana. The unit includes nicely furnished rooms, TV and Internet, functioning kitchen, clean and bright bathroom with essentials. Wonderful balcony view opens to quiet and clean complex with nice pool. Secure and Safe neighborhood of Los Angeles!

Balcony, TV, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle, central air-conditioning, wireless internet, coin operated laundry on premises, and 2 dedicated free parking spots.

The entire condo is yours! Please treat it with the same respect that I do.

I will welcome you myself, show you then ins and outs of the unit, provide details and recommendations about restaurants, bars, music, shopping, and in the immediate area, as well as any other questions about your stay in Los Angeles.

Within 10 minutes walk you can enjoy;

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
