“Just one thing missing”

The apartment was just as described big spacious,modern and on the whole clean. It was in a good location,close to most things. Having Whokefoods within walking distance was a real bonus. Also a great pub called Pikeys. If I had any complaint it would be the bedding. On arrival the beds were made but the sheets,pillow cases etc were all screwed up and not crisp clean looking like you would expect.Also in the main bedroom there was a big stain on middle of bedspread. I tried to get past this as the apartment was lovely except for this.To be honest I expected crisp fresh pressed bedding,in such a nice place,not bedding that looked like someone just got out of it. That said no other complaints at all.We had a lovely stay. I'm only mentioning it purely because it's a small thing that makes such a difference for little effort.

Owner's reply: Thanks for staying and writing a review. I have informed my cleaning staff and put in new 600 count all cotton sateen bedding and new luxurious all cotton duvet . Plus I have added a light cotton cover for those who get hot with down duvets. I also have have hypo allergenic duvets if requested. I love accommodating my guests and when there is any issue a quick call usually solves it. I have a handyman on call and live very close. Plus there is a manager at the building.

How do damage deposits work?

If Neal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
