Furnished to a very high standard, this apartment sleeps up to 6 persons. The spacious open plan Lounge is tastefully furnished, with sideboard and TV Stand housing the latest LCD TV & Satellite. 2 Stylish Sofas give this apartment that home from home feel. Sliding double doors lead to a larger than average private patio.

All Bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, side cabinets & lamps.

The Bathroom has an integral Shower with screen, hand basin and toilet.

The En-suite Shower room also has hand basin & toilet.

The American style kitchen / dinner is fitted with all the necessary requirements for a comfortable stay, The Dining Area has seating for 4, plus the use of Patio chairs.

A 25% Non Returnable Deposit is required to secure any booking.

The Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Lounge Patio Doors lead to a private balcony. A couple of steps lead to a larger than average private patio area for soaking up that Mediterranean sun. The balcony houses Patio table and chairs for 6. The gated patio area may be secured for younger children. 4 Sunloungers are available for use on patio or pool side.

The complex offers the facility of 3 communal pools, with children's pools attached, for the sole use of residents and guests, situated within a gated area ideal for the safety of young children.

The Murcia region

Although the Costa Calida is relatively unknown there´s lots to see and do. With more than 315 sunny days a year the region is the perfect destination for people who love sunbathing. The winters are mild, with minimum temperatures of 17 degrees cecius. Besides sunbathing on one of the many sandy beaches, you can also sail, scuba-dive, or practice other watersports or even try one of the healing mudbaths. In addition the area is full of culture if you just take a visit to the ancient cities of Murcia Town and Cartegena.

Los Alcazares

Los Alcazares is located 10 mins drive from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and 50 mins from Alicante Airport. Numerous low cost airlines fly into the region from all over the UK & Ireland. Although a car is not essectial, it is recommended for expoloring the surround areas, local cities and places of interest.

There are several supermarkets and banks all within walking distance. Local restaurants offer a good variety of food, from typically Spanish to Asian, Chinese and India, together with several English restauants. The fertile countryside keeps the local markets well stocked with bundles of fresh produce, which take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
