This luxurious, fully air-conditioned, ground-floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment is situated in Phase 2 on the outstanding RODA Golf & Beach Resort - perfect for families and golfers. Ask us about great discounts on green fees.

The apartment is furnished to a high professional standard and includes fridge freezer, flat wide-screen LCD TV, DVD, washing machine, and a superbly equipped kitchen - in fact everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday, including free Wi-Fi. A fifth person (a small child) can be accommodated in a cot that can be rented directly from our property managers.

BREAKAGES DEPOSIT - There is a fully refundable breakages deposit of £125 (or €150) that you pay directly to the property managers when you arrive and they will return it to you before you leave (subject, of course, to no breakages!). Guests really prefer this option as it saves all the waiting and uncertainty of getting back your deposit.

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY - Our professional property managers deliver all the local services directly to you so you can customise your stay, and by paying them directly you get the services at cost with no middleman mark-up or commissions. So, there is a local charge for cleaning and laundry of just 80 Euros which you simply pay to the property managers on arrival. They are also able to supply a whole range of optional welcome packs of food and drinks items, baby and toddler care items etc - simply let them know if you want this on your arrival. The only thing not included in your rental is beach/pool towels, so do please bring those with you if you plan to use the pool.

RODA Golf is a gated community with friendly, uniformed patrols to give you 24-hour security. All the major windows are fitted with electrically operated shutters to give you complete peace of mind. The apartment is situated just steps away from the beautifully landscaped gardens and pool area. With a secluded outlook the terrace is the perfect spot for a relaxing lunch, or cool evening drinks and alfresco dining. Most of our guests at RODA are actually non-golfers who simply enjoy the beauty and tranquility of staying on a sunny golf resort in Spain. If you are thinking of a long term let to get to know the area before moving to the Cost Calida region then this spacious 2-bed 2-bathroom apartment is the perfect choice. Or perhaps you are an aspiring professional golfer wanting to locate your family to RODA to spend time working on your game, simply call us for some great deal on long term lets.

There is a flat-screen LCD satellite TV with a full range of UK and European satellite channels.

Dedicated complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The lounge has full sliding patio doors onto the private terrace. The pool is just a few steps away and the master bedroom, too, overlooks the landscaped gardens with another set of double sliding doors. The apartment benefits from state-of-the-art silent air-conditioning for absolute comfort.

This 2-bedroom luxury apartment is fully furnished and sleeps up to 5 people, with a spacious lounge/dining room, two luxury bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, providing everything you need for the perfect holiday. Note: for the fifth guest we will provide a camp-bed suitable for a teenager.

This is a luxury apartment with an outstanding location on one of the best golf courses in Europe. Whilst a car is not essential, as the Resort's mini-market and Clubhouse restaurant and lounge are just a few minutes walk away, we imagine that you will want to explore this magnificent part of Spain.

Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Being a ground-floor apartment you simply step from the private sun terrace into the pool and landscaped gardens. Several play area are available on the resort for children and fully equipped with slides and climbing frames. The apartment is equipped with two luxury sun-loungers and more are available (ask owner).

A patio table with 4 chairs completes the outside furniture - the perfect setting for breakfast and evening drinks.

Please note that there are minimum handicap requirements to play the golf course.

Smoking is permitted, but only on the terrace or outside the apartment.

Your attention is drawn to the rules that are clearly displayed at the poolside.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
