Los Alcazares, the most sought after area on the Costa Calida. With fantastic views, glorious beaches and the apparently healing properties of the Mar Menor (little sea), are here to be enjoyed along with blue skies allegedly for 320 days a year, what could be better.With many small bars along the beach as well as the bars, restaurants and entertainment along the main stretch of Rio Nalon, there is much to be enjoyed until 1 am when the outside noise is brought to an end, if you need to party on still further then why not enjoy the bandstand area below the 525 hotel at the non residential part of Rio Nalon where the nightlife has been known to carry on till late in the morning.If you need to relax after a good night out, then why not have a lazy day by the pool, sun bathe in private on the patio or in the heat up on the sun trap solarium.For the more energetic locally there is mini golf, several golf courses only a short drive away, a bike hire center to be found only 5 minutes away, fishing, kayaking, wind surfing, kite surfing and loads of other things to keep you occupied.A couple of supermarkets are only 5 mins walk away so when you come out of the airport, you can get a cab to El Divino at only 35 to 40 euro's, why bother with car rental when all that you need for a relaxing holiday is right at your feet.If however, you would like to visit the old towns of Murcia and Cartagena (where the Spanish Armada Set sail for England) then there are car rentals and cab ranks again, all within a 5 minute walk, or take the local bus at the end of the road.

Please do not bring hairdryers, tongs etc not of Spanish compatibility, hair drier and iron supplied.

While our key holder will try to assist you with looking after your belongings before/after these times please consider booking an extra day if you have a late departure and wish to use all the facilities until your flight is due. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send James (the owner) a message.

If James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
