A fantastic ground floor apartment on the exclusive Roda Golf & Beach Resort, perfect for families and golfers. Furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning and central heating, there is also 24 hour security. There is a shared communal swimming pool available to residents.

The golf course is a spectacular 18-hole, par 72 PGA golf course designed by Dave Thomas, one of the worlds most prestigious golf course designers. With beautiful landscaped areas and a wide range of services offering its residents all the comforts and facilities to provide the perfect holiday.

Within 5 minutes by car and a 25 minute walk is the town of Los Alcazares which has many good quality restaurants, bars and the beautiful 7km beach of Los Narejos.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
