This is a beautiful, modern ground floor apartment that is ideas for both families and couples alike. One of the three large pools is only 20 metres from your ground floor terrace (which is a great size by the way - brilliant for sun bathing!)

Puerta Marina complex is within walking distance of everything you need. Local shops, bars and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away and the local beach is 10 minutes, so absolutely perfect for you to enjoy your holiday here.

This apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen has been recently modernised and also now includes a dishwasher for your convenience.

The apartment has internet and TV included, and there is air con throughout, this is on a meter, and you get 10 euros per week free.

This area is perfect for outdoor activities, watersports, cycling and walking. Several golf courses are close by and there are many activities for holiday makers.

Los Alcazares is still a typical Spanish town. People are friendly and very welcoming and you will want to return time and time again.

For arrivals after 21.00 there is an extra charge of 20 euros , to be paid to the person who gives you the key

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
