All the 2nd floor, with the advantage of its own solarium you have to choice of sunbathing around the pool, or privately. It sleeps up to 4 persons. The complex is gated so secure for young children & offers the facility of 2 communal pools for the sole use of residents and guests, surrounded by well maintained gardens. The spacious open plan layout is tastefully furnished, Sofa, Sideboard housing TV, & Satellite. Sliding double doors from the lounge lead to the balcony overlooking the main street. An American Style Kitchen, is fitted with all the necessary utilities for a comfortable stay. An adjoining Dining area containing table and 4 chairs. Both Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, side cabinets, lamps and balconies. The Main Bedroom has Double bed with an adjoining en-suite with full bath. The Twin room is furnished with 2 single beds. From

The Region of Murcia region
Although the Costa Calida is relatively unknown there´s lots to see and do. With more than 315 sunny days a year the region is the perfect destination for people who love sunbathing. The winters are mild, with minimum temperatures of 17 degrees celsius. Besides sunbathing on one of the many sandy beaches, you can also sail, scuba-dive, or practice other watersports or even try one of the healing mudbaths at Lo Pagan. In addition the area is full of culture if you just take a visit to the ancient cities of Murcia Town and Cartegena. Murcia is a 40 min drive; it is the Capital city of the region. It has many features such as a cathedral, 'New' and 'Old' town, Modern shops, and also a zoo and a water park, Cartagena is a 20 min drive away. This used to be an Old naval port. It boasts a Castle, Roman ruins, many shops in both the 'Old' Town and 'New' town. Whilst there, you can take a boat trip, or do the "historical walk". There are many great tapas bars and a selection of excellent restaurants.
Los Alcazares is situated in the Murcia region of South-Eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida- The Warm Coast. The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22km long strip of land called La Manga. The Mar Menor is well known for its "healing properties", and reported to be the healiest resort on the Mediterranean.For our younger guests the 'Aquapolis' Water Park is approx 30 mins drive north of the resort in Torrevieja. Go-Cart tracks are located at Los Alcazares and La Manga, as well as a mini golf for the really young in Los Alcazares. And there are 7 km of slopping beaches ideal for children in Los Alcazares.With around 19 active courses in the area and around 30 under construction, Golf is high on the agenda. All have fantastic views and several being championship courses. Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Finca and the championship courses at La Manga to name a few. The Challenging course of Serena is only a 5 minute walk, with its 16 out of 18 holes with a water theme.The beautiful blue flag beaches at Los Alcazares are only 10 minutes walk or if feeling energetic a 5 min bicycle ride. The town of Los Alcazares was afforded municipal autonomy on the 13th of October 1983 and in celebration of this the town puts on a week long outdoor party featuring live music, shows and spectacular fireworks displays. Over the Easter period sees Los Alcazares take on a medieval flavour with a large medieval market and numerous events. Throughout the last 2 weeks of August the European countries gather to display their folklore, handicrafts and prepare gastronomic feasts from local produce.For those Bowling enthusiasts the area now supports 2 separate clubs of its own. In recent years Bowlers have passed this area by, going on to the main three principle Bowling zones in Spain, Malaga, Almeria and Alicante. Now we have 2 reputable clubs - Country Bowls Club & La Manga Bowls Club.
