From the owner

Recently decorated 1st floor apartment on the prestigious Roda Golf and Beach Resort. Maintained to the highest of standards, with many extras, we aim to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their holiday as much as we do. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as open plan sitting/dining area and separate kitchen with utility hatch. It comes fully equipped with additional luxuries including a water filter (save buying and carrying bottled water!) a dishwasher and xbox 360. We also supply a small stock of toilet rolls, soap, cleaning materials, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. We do request that items are replaced if used excessively.

The apartment has a large south facing private balcony overlooking one of the shared pools and gardens. We also supply sun loungers that can be used around the pool area. The property can be accessed via stairs or lift making it suitable for pushchairs or the more infirm. Lots of parking is located close to the building or we have our own private underground parking area which can be used on request.

Roda Golf and Beach Resort is a modern, well maintained complex on the fringes of Los Alcazares. Onsite we have our own Dave Thomas designed 18 hole golf course, the 1st PGA golf academy in continental Europe as well as driving range and golf pro shop. All visitors are also welcome at the clubhouse, serving food all day, where you can enjoy a lovely relaxing atmosphere with views out over the course. There is also an onsite gym for the energetic amongst you! For the younger guests there are play areas all around the perimeter of the resort. The resort is gated for your own security and being nice and flat makes it great for cycling or jogging too. We can assist with bike hire if required.

WiFi is available within the property at an additional charge or free WiFi is available on site at the clubhouse.

Once your booking has been confirmed we will send to you our own reservation form which requires details of flight times etc so we can be organised for your arrival. You will be met at the main gate to the resort by our agent and taken to the property so no need to worry about finding it! Our agent is also on hand throughout your stay should you have any problems. The property has an apartment guide for you which will provide information about the resort and the surrounding area and hopefully be of use throughout your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elaine (the owner) a message.

If Elaine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
