Description

Beautiful ground floor apt tastefully furnished with solid marble tiles throughout. Vanity unit in bathroom as well as lovely modern kitchen with integrated dishwasher, washing machine. Communal pool with toddler section is just seconds away. The beach is only five minutes walk away from the apt where you will find a lovely promenade with lovely beach bars dotted along the way. The apts are right next to the Spinosaboards Kite Surfing School and Club where you can have Kite Surfing lessons from certified instructors, you can also hire the equipment. The club has a great chill out bar with cool music and snack food. Last year they added a upstairs open air bar where you can chill in the warm summer air and enjoy the fabulous views across the Mar Menor towards la Manga. Mar Menor is an inlet so the water is always warm which is ideal for families with small children.

“Fantastic Holiday!”

We have just returned from a great holiday in Los Alcazares. The apartment is great, very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need for a self catering holiday, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc. There is a good mix of holidaymakers and residents at the apartments who were all very nice, taking the time to say hello or stop for a chat. The on-site security are also helpful. The pool area is also very clean and well maintained and wasn't too busy during our stay. We did prefer to go to the beach every day as it is so close by, and the water is very shallow and warm, which our kids (10 & 7) loved. There is also a great market on a Saturday a couple of streets away where you can buy the most amazing fruit and veg, clothes, jewellery etc. I can recommend the bar at the kite-surfing school beside the apartment which has a lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food, it's a great spot to sit and enjoy the kite-surfing and watch the world go by. The apartment is about a 20-30 minute walk into the main resort of Los Alcazares where you will find lots of lovely restaurants, we preferred to walk there along the beachfront at night where there are lots of runners, dog walkers and families enjoying their evenings at the beach. There are also plenty of little beach bars and play parks along the way where you can stop for a rest if need be. All in all we had a great holiday here, it is a lovely resort and perfect for families, we hope to return in the not too distant future.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If MAURA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
